GOODMAN DESIGN, LLC offers complete design and drafting services from concept to completion in projects ranging from house plans for Residential design, home Renovations/ Remodeling, Commercial design, Industrial design to Contract services. We also include Interior Services to assist in your, selection of finishes (walls, ceiling, & floor color coordination), selection of materials, and products for the interior of your home.

Our mission is to provide the best quality service in a personal way to help translate your ideas into a finished plan that meets your specific needs. We see every project differently, and adapt our process to help create something that our customers can be proud of. Our services consist, but are not limited to, the following:

Schedule an initial consultation to discuss scope of work, ideas, needs, desires, and design fees with each client.
If you choose to retain our services, we will prepare preliminary design drawings based on our initial meeting to include floor plans, elevations, sections, design sketches (if needed).
Before design phase is complete, we will meet again with you to review the preliminary drawings and make revisions if needed.
Upon completion of preliminary design, we will develop a set of Construction Drawings (final set of house plans) to illustrate the final design concept to be Approved by Permitting Departments and used by any builders involved.

Interior Services are available for designing and planning of spaces. These services are optional but are always effective in bringing efficiency during the construction process. Our commitment is to provide a design vision from concept to completion with as little confusion as possible, while keeping the budget the main focus. Our services are:

Design consultation
Pre-design - basic or detailed space planning (schematic ideas & design)
3-D Illustrations (CAD design or hand drawings) for spatial environments
Select & coordinate color palettes for each Interior space and select materials and finishes
Select & coordinate color palettes for Exterior and select suggest or select materials and finishes
Assist in coordinating plumbing and lighting fixtures for each space
Develop a finish schedule for contractor/ owner use

We provide services for Individual home owners as well as contract services for Design Professionals, and Contractors. Our design team uses a CAD design software for producing the following types of services:
